Rashmika Mandanna Looks Elegant in an Ivory Silk Saree at the Ranabaali Pre-Release Event
Rashmika Mandanna chose an ivory handloom silk saree by designer Mrunalini Rao for the Ranabaali pre-release event. She paired it with a red full-sleeved blouse with gold embroidery, and the contrast looked lovely on stage.
The saree and blouse
The saree is ivory handloom silk. In the photos it looks cream, with a slim gold-dotted border running along the edge. Outlook Luxe says the saree has zardozi embroidery.
The red blouse is the highlight. It has full sleeves with embroidered shoulders and cuffs, and the gold work ties in with the border of the saree. Red against ivory is a classic pairing, and it keeps the look festive without being heavy.
Boldsky and Outlook Luxe put the price of the saree at about Rs 1,31,600. A report citing ETimes says the label confirmed this price.
Accessories
She kept the jewellery simple, with a shiny necklace. One report describes the jewellery as gold. Nothing competes with the blouse, which lets the embroidery stand out. We could not find the name of the jeweller.
Hair and makeup
Her hair was tied in a neat bun with a red gajra, which matched the blouse. The makeup was soft and kept the focus on the outfit.
