“The Great Indian Bride” on Disney +Hotstar has been getting a lot of attention from the viewers. The reality show takes us through the journey of some modern brides on their wedding day. Hosted by actress Shriya Pilgaonkar, the show has already completed two episodes. For the latest one, Shriya is seen wearing a purple Kanjeevaram saree by Shanti Banaras and we love it.

The silk saree has its beauty attributed to the plain body in the dark hue that it showcases. However, this doesn’t mean it bears no zari detailing either. The borders and pallu ate drenched in rose gold-shaded solid zari work. It is paired with a deep-neck full-sleeve blouse sans prints.
She styled the traditional look with a set of antique gold earrings, a neckpiece and a ring by Tanishq. A low-tied bun with blushed cheeks, a bindi, kohl-rimmed eyes and nude lips completed the look.
