The “Ponniyin Selvan-I” team is taking the promotions very seriously. They have covered all the major cities in the South and also organized particular pre-release events for each of these locations. On the last day, the group was spotted in Bengaluru and actress Trisha Krishnan resorted to a maroon organza saree for the event.

The saree is woven on sheer fabric and has a plain body. However, the borders make up for it with intricate hand-embroidered floral work in self-coloured stones and thread. The border is also cut-worked intricately adding to its glitter. She paired it with a matching blouse with details similar to the saree.
Her jewel choices were quite surprising in the sense that she skipped any neckpiece. However, she did go for a pair of emerald-studded diamond earrings by Kishandas. A low-tied bun with blushed cheeks, winged eyes, a bindi and nude lips elevated her beauty.
