The makers and fans are equally thrilled for the release of the Dulquer Salman starrer, “Kurup.” The story is based on the life of a real-life fugitive who is perhaps one of the most notorious criminals in the history of Kerala. To be released on the 12th of this month, the cast and crew held a pre-release event for the multilingual flick. The lead actress of the movie, Sobhita Dhulipala attended the event in an ivory saree by Tarun Tahiliani.

The half and half saree has its bottom devoid of any prints or embroidery while the upper half is decorated with intricate floral thread work and silver mirrors. Moreover, it is also enhanced with lace detailing on its hem. Lastly, the sleeveless blouse is worked upon with elaborate stones and beads on its straps.
She accessorized the outfit with a pair of pearl-studded gold earrings and a neckpiece by Amrapali Jewels. A wavy hairdo with minimal makeup and muted lips complemented the look.
