While most of us might think twice before donning a pattu saree for evening parties, actress Purnaa not only wore it, she nailed it. The actress was spotted wearing a red banarasi silk saree as she attended Day 2 of SIIMA.

The saree had floral motifs woven in gold all over while the border displayed a solid pattu patch. We also found the pink piping on the hemlines quite interesting. Moreover, its pallu also featured lattices matching the border in gold. To neutralize the look, she decided to go with a plain silk elbow-length sleeved blouse instead of a worked one.
To accessorize the outfit, Purnaa chose to go with a pair of custom mint green stones and polka pearls studded earrings with a matching neckpiece and a bangle by Mangat Rai Neeraj. Her side-parted low bun with blushed shiny cheeks, winged eyes, a bindi and nude glossy lips completed the look.
