When it comes to draping on traditionally worked sarees, we all get a little too excited. Firstly because these are extremely beautiful to look at and secondly because they pay an ode to our age-old civilization. If you are a fan of indigenously worked sarees, try laying your hands on this saree worn by Lakshmi Manchu for her saree series. This one is a blue kalamkari saree and is available for purchase.

The light-hued saree is striped in gold all over. Moreover, it is etched with brown-hued floral patterns added with a tinge of red and green. The saree also has its hemline in beige that depicts vine motifs in a shade brighter than itself. However, to give it an edgy look, Lakshmi decided to go with an elbow-length sleeve cold-shoulder blouse.
Her accessory included a set of stone-studded earrings. Braided hairdo with blushed cheeks, kohl-rimmed eyes, a bindi and nude lips completed the look.
