As much easy as one may think it is, dressing up for a festival or a special occasion is a tedious task in itself. In times like these, a half saree comes handy. Saree like elegance combined with easily wearable make is what makes half sarees attractive. Recently, anchor Kiki Vijay opted to wear a pink half saree by Studio 149 for a show she was hosting and we think it is just perfect.
The pleated silk lehenga has a broad purple pattu border with a gold butt is on its body. The pink blouse on the other hand has pleated half sleeves that also feature a party hemline in purple. What stands out is the purple dupatta that features Rajasthani traditional prints all over it along with a gold zari border accentuating the total look.
Kiki decided to keep it simple with a gold pendant, pearl-studded jhumkas and glass bangles by Rimli Boutique. Blushed cheeks with Kohl rimmed eyes, bindi, pleated hair with gajra and pink lips rounded off the look.
