As Diwali is hardly days away, everybody is prepping themselves up which includes our favourite stars too. Actress Sai Tamhankar’s stylist Neha Chaudhary posted a photo of the actress wearing an ivory-pink kurta-sharara set and we love it.
The reason why it captures our attention is because of its simple yet elegant stitching. The front buttoned short kurta is adorned with leaf prints while the tiered sharara has floral prints on it. With hues of green blended in effortlessly with ivory and light pink, the kurta set is perfect for a party evening.
Designed by Maayera Jaipur, the asymmetric kurta is beautifully stitched with broad silver and pleated pink bands at its hem. The semi-sheer netted sleeve of the kurta is elbow lengthed. With elaborate extra-long latkans, the sharara, however, becomes the star of the ensemble.
The gorgeous dupatta, unlike its counterparts, is polka dotted in pink and has latkans on all its edges. It also had silver coloured floral motifs on it.
Sai carefully paired it up with a pair of hoop earrings decorated with conchs. She opted for bronze blushed cheeks with pink lip liner, eye shadow matching her outfit. To make it traditional, Sai had put on a bindi. With pleated side hair veering into a ponytail Sai completed her look.
