Vidya Balan has always been a lady of her words. Her bold personality and outspoken nature are loved by all. While a lot of us thought that vocal for local is just a fad and will fade away with time, Vidya proved us wrong.
The actress has been seen making multiple appearances in the last few weeks for her online interviews. Every time she left us speechless either in a saree or a suit; all from local designers.
Black Raw Silk Saree from House of Masaba
Vidya wore a black saree with a golden border from the House of Masaba. The raw silk saree had a golden zari border with hints of green and red on the pallu. It was paired with a matching sleeveless blouse making her look ethereal.
She accessorized her look with gold dangling earrings and opted for a neutral makeup look.
Handloom Saree from Nandi Dimps
Vidya looked lovely in a white and yellow saree from a local brand named NandiDimps. The handloom saree had a yellow and green border and was paired with a yellow blouse.
The highlight of the saree was handpainted Krishna on the side which we instantly fell in love with. The actress wore a silver layered coin necklace from Azotiique.
Raw Silk Dress from Label Anushree
This time Vidya ditched her saree look for a maxi dress by Label Anushree. The floor-length dress was the perfect amalgamation of yellow, orange, and pink with golden flare added all over.
The actress donned dual-toned silver and golden earrings paired with subtle makeup and pink lips. The golden hints on her dressed perfectly complemented her radiating glow.
Jamdani Saree from Biswa Bangla and Kanjeevaram Blouse from Gaurang Shah
For her latest appearance, Vidya looked like an epitome of grace and elegance. She wore a jamdani white saree by a local brand Biswa Bangla. According to her post on social media, the saree was weaved by a local weaver from Amazon Karigar. The beautiful saree was paired with a kanjeevaram blouse by Gaurang Shah.
The actress wore a beautiful gold necklace set. However, we loved how her stylist brought together both the pieces in outfit giving the new brand an opportunity to be paired up with an established designer.
