When Alia Bhatt’s best friend, Kripa Mehta got married in Jodhpur, all eyes were on the star. Frankly, we were surprised by how coolly and graciously the biggest star of the next generation handled her role of a bridesmaid. At the wedding, we didn’t see a star, we just saw a young girl just enjoying at her bestie’s wedding. This was one of the best bridesmaid we have ever seen.
We saw Alia in a bright yellow anarkali by Manish Malhotra at the mehendi ceremony. She chose a grey embellished lehenga by designer Krésha Bajaj Zaveri for the wedding night. The lehenga skirt was sequinned and paired with a sleeveless choli. There was a tulle dupatta of same color.
There was a polo day brunch at the wedding and we saw Alia in a short one shoulder peach dress by Gauri and Nainika. We just loved her off-white fascinator by Delna Poonawalla. For the sangeet, the young actress wore a pastel shade lehenga by Krésha Bajaj Zaveri’s collection.
2. Sonam Kapoor
When a fashion icon goes to a wedding, she is sure to turn heads. We saw Sonam Kapoor at her bestie’s wedding in Oman looking stunning. She wore a cream colored off-shoulder sarong kind of an outfit for the mehendi. She topped this Indo-western outfit with a turban and we just loved her look.
At one more vent, we see her in a beautiful desi wine red lehenga and traditional kundan jewelry.
3. Shraddha Kapoor
The simple actress was seen at her best friend’s wedding in a festive avatar. When Shraddha Kapoor’s best friend Ankita Choksey got married, the actress were present at all the events. Shraddha wore a beautiful navy blue, Payal Singhal lehenga with off shoulder blouse. For one of the ceremonies, Shraddha wore an Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla attire. It was a multicolored ensemble that was simple and elegant.
