Poor customer service response .. although I have sent pics of damaged goods received , there was no solution proposed stating that as per rules , unboxing video is mandatory .
Even though when I said I don’t need either refund /exchange and I only want to send back as I can’t keep damaged stuff with me , they were hesitant to share address and still claims that it is not damage and only thread work showing up!! Such a waste of time and money !
