While most of the actresses opted for sarees and lehengas, actress Ritu Varma decided to resort to an Anarkali. But this did not mean she didn’t look festive ready. From the colour to its patterning we loved everything about it. The red anarkali was from Indi Shree Label.

The silk Anarkali has its body left plain except for its scalloped hemline. On the other hand, its yoke is decorated with floral vines in hand embroidery and gold sequins. Moreover, this detailing also spills over to its elbow-length sleeves. Though it is paired with a set of plain pants, we loved the contrasting pink dupatta with embroidered trim.
She accessorized the look with a set of silver earrings and a ring from Sheetal Zaveri by Vithaldas. We also loved her pair of gold juttis. Flower adorned bun with kohl-rimmed eyes, a bindi and nude lips completed the look.
